How do I make a complaint?
- Parents/carers are free to raise their concerns in person, by telephone or in writing. You can make appointment with the class teacher by contacting the school office on 01132637756 or via the headteacher email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Any complaint which involves allegations about a particular member of staff should be put in writing to the co-headteachers on 01132637756 or via the headteacher email: email@example.com.
- A complaint about the co-headteachers should be put in writing to the Chair of Governors by either writing a letter and addressing it to Judith Norfolk or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
