About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant at Castleton, you will work closely with our passionate team to support children aged 2-5, helping them to develop essential skills in a stimulating, language-rich environment. Your role will be vital in:
• Supporting high-quality learning experiences that nurture curiosity and confidence
• Assisting with the delivery of our early reading and phonics curriculum to ensure effective progress
• Creating a safe, inclusive space where every child feels valued and encouraged to take risks in their learning
• Collaborating with teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to adapt learning to meet individual needs
• Engaging with families to support children’s development and well-being

About You
You will be someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Has a genuine passion and love for working with the youngest children

• Works well as part of a supportive, collaborative team
