Pupil Premium 

 

The Government has used pupils entitled to Free School Meals as an indicator for deprivation and has given a fixed amount of money to schools per pupil, based on the number of children registered for Free School Meals.

At Castleton, we use the indicator of those eligible for Free School Meals, and those who are looked after, to target children to narrow the gap regarding attainment.

Castleton Primary School recognises that all children should have equal access to a curriculum which will enable them to reach their potential.
